Throughout the whole journey, no matter whether you're trying to apply funding, no matter whether you're trying to apply for competition, you are as simple as you try to write a leaflet in order to send it out to your customer. All that actually involves writing skills and language skills. Being able to change to be a salesperson in anywhere you go, to try to talk to other people, your belief, your vision, how you want to make the change for this society is very, very important because you don't know where and when you're going to meet someone. One minute elevator speech, it truly exists because I did try it before. Basically what happened is I was in a conference and it was a leadership conference and so there's a lady coming from overseas and she was very, very successful because she actually run sports for the woman who actually got a boost and so she run training, the trainer program as well as she got her social enterprise. Her business model was actually she run a social enterprise to actually capture those who actually want to pay money to learn sports but at the same time she also organized a charity where the lady who got a boost was actually trained to be the trainer, trained to be the coach and so I was so interested in her model and I thought she's very successful because she actually have a lot of different branches all over Asia. So one of the members from the organization knew that I actually really want to get to know this person and try to find some opportunities to collaborate with her so she thought hey Triggy you know what you can try to speak to her because there are so many people trying to speak to her and say hey come with me in the elevator so she he really do pull me in to the elevator and try to speak with her so from I think within 10th floor I need to really tell her what exactly I do and I try to get her name card and let her know my name so that I can really get the contact afterwards. In order to actually pitch to someone I think first of all is to not just to say what you do actually say what you do the last part but say what you believe first why you actually wanted to do it then you say to them how you do it and what you're going to do that is the most important thing because you only have one minute the one minute you really have to persuade them and you really have to tell them at the very very bottom in your heart why why what makes you actually do it the most important thing is not what you do but the most important thing as a leader what is your person like and can you really lead the team and what kind of fission do you have and is this part that is the most important thing so what I often do when I have to do my pitches like the pitch for the HSBC award which is one of the biggest entrepreneur award in Hong Kong what I do is I actually write on my own script first I will do it videoing myself and listen and then I try to adjust my script afterwards and then what I will do is I will just grab anyone I can come across with who are free and try to speak to them and the more you do with different people the more they will be able to tell you whether they really can pick up the point you really want to try to say and remember for the for the speech I think the most important thing is right from the beginning when you write your speech what is the most important message that you want to bring in order to think what you actually want to write I think that's the the key yes
